Interested firms must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, and incidentals necessary to deliver a complete, code-compliant, watertight, and warrantied installation. The single-story Public Services Building houses multiple County departments, including Construction Code, Public Works, and Veterans Affairs.
