**As of October 6, 2025, project was cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** The Town of Hamden is seeking competitive bids for the construction of a Pavilion at the southeast end of the Senior Citizens Services to the Miller Memorial Library at 2901 Dixwell Ave. Hamden, CT 06518. The Pavilion design includes reinforced concrete piers with concrete footings, concrete slab on grade, steel columns, and wood-frame roof. The pavilion framing and material requirements are described in detail in the provided structural drawings and notes. The bidders are required to submit a separate lump sum price for Add Alternate #1, which is part of the overall project scope but itemized for separate tracking and evaluation. The last day to submit questions to purchasing@hamden.com is Friday, August 1, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. The Town of Hamden reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, bids, or proposals; to waive any technicality in a bid or part thereof submitted, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Hamden.
