Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fairmont, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: Remove & Replace Concrete Sidewalk 38,172 SF Remove & Replace Bituminous Driveway 2,960 SF Remove & Replace Concrete Driveway 38,640 SF Remove & Replace Bituminous Street Pavement 39,600 SF Remove & Replace Concrete Street Pavement 66,924 SF 1 PE Water Service 18,354 LIN FT Site Restoration - Private 320 EACH Site Restoration - Public 278 EACH.. All work under the Contract must be complete by November 1, 2026. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Fairmont shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby Question Deadline 07/29/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
