LOCATION OF PROJECT Kaukauna Timber Shed 1008 Augustine St. Kaukauna, Wi. 54130 Rapide Croche Lock Shack N2205 Lock Road Kaukauna, Wi. 54130 104. SCHEDULE 104.1 Within fifteen days after the receipt of notification of award of contract for performing the site work herein specified, Contractor shall submit to the Owner and Project Manager for review and subsequent approval a detailed schedule indicating the sequence and time required to perform the work. The Owner and Project Manager will review the schedule and use it to coordinate the WORK throughout the length of the overall project. The contractor shall be responsible to notify the Owner and Project Manager 48 hours prior to any work at the site. Failure to comply will result in the Contractor being removed from our preferred vendor list for future work and potential monetary penalties. SCOPE OF WORK 105.1 Contractor shall perform the following WORK for and at the above sites: Restoration and Rehabilitation of the Kaukauna Timber Shed and the Rapide Croche Lock Tender Shack 105.2 Work furnished and installed, or performed: Contractor shall furnish, fabricate, deliver, and unload materials for, shall store, protect, and remove materials from storage for, and shall construct, erect, install, and/or perform and finish the following WORK: a. Preparatory WORK b. Concrete work c. Gravel Installation d. Restoration and Rehabilitation of the Kaukauna Timber Shed in accordance with the SHPO Document e. Restoration and Rehabilitation of the Lock Tender Shack in accordance with the SHPO Document f. Obtain all state and Local Permits g. All other work indicated in the SHPO approve work scope, as herein specified, or as required to properly complete the work.
