**As of August 15, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Juvenile Detention Entrance Reconstruction. Bid security in the amount of 2% of the bid amount, including alter- nates, must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bid Security shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check which shall be payable to the Board of Commissioners of John- son County, Indiana. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the con- tract price prior to the execution of contracts. The Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject and bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days be- fore awarding contracts.
