Demolition and site work for a residential development in Monmouth, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Scope of work Retirement of Services Removal of all building debris, garages, sheds and concrete. Demolition of three houses listed: 416 East Franklin Avenue , 1001 South 2nd Street, 120 East 9th Avenue Bidder hereby agrees to begin work under this Contract on August 5th ,2025 and be completed by September 5lh, 2025, weather permitting. All bids are for the demolition of afore stated property, within the City of Monmouth. No concrete chunks or bricks larger than 6 inches can be used as fill and any concrete or bricks Smaller than 6 inches can be used but must be mixed with clean fill dirt. The top 12 inches offill dirt must be compacted black dirt. The demolition must be completed 30 days from the date the permit is issued. Residential demolition permit fee: $75.00 Commercial demolition permit fee: $150.00
