All Bid Bonds Must Be Originals; Photocopies Will Not Be Accepted. Performance and Payment Bonds Are Required (See Clause at Far 52.228-15). This is a Competitive Set-aside for Hubzone Small Business Under Naics 238160 With a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. The Estimated Magnitude of Construction for This Project is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Awardee of This Contract Will Be Required to Provide a Superintendent at All Times Work is Being Performed on the Project (See Clause at Far 52.236-6). The Superintendent is Considered a Key Position. This Position Shall Not Be Subcontracted and Must Work Directly for the Prime Contractor. All Work Shall Be Performed Simultaneously. Bid Opening Address: Micc-fort Bliss, Rm 220 111 Pershing Rd, Fort Bliss, Tx 79916. A Pre-bid conference will be conducted on 12 August 2025 at 09:00 AM MST for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at the parking lot of BLDG 111 Fort Bliss, TX. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend pre-bid conference however it is not mandatory. The site visit will be held following the conference. All Questions and Requests for Information (Rfi) Must Be Received No Later Than 19 August 2025 at 1:00 Pm Mst. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 120 calendar days *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
