**As of August 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Construction Masters Services, LLC, with an awarded amount of $367,077.50.** The project consists of furnishing all material, labor, equipment and appurtenances for the replacement of existing storm sewer pipe within Broadcasting Road between North Meridian Boulevard and 222. Approximately 420' of existing 30" CMP will be replaced with new 30" HDPE pipe, and approximately 130' of existing 30" CMP will be replaced with 30" SDR-26 pipe. The project will also include the following: 18" vertical concrete curb replacement (555'); full depth pavement restoration (485 SY); 1.5" depth milling (855 SY); and wearing course construction (105 Tons). The Proposal for the Broadcasting Road Storm Sewer Replacement shall be accompanied by cash, money order, a certified or cashier's good faith check or a bond with corporate surety in the amount of at least 10% of the total Proposal. All Proposals shall be effective for thirty (30) days, and the project must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The anticipated Notice to Proceed date is September 2, 2025. Night and weekend work will be permitted. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount, said bonds to be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
