This Project consists of the renovation of the existing laundry room, the renovation of the existing accessible entry, the addition of a new entry canopy over the top landing of the existing accessible entrance and all related work. The project also includes temporary accessible access to the building while the front entry work is being performed and a temporary laundry facility will be created in the adjacent community room for the duration of the project.
