Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of: Full reconstruction of selected existing parking lots, installation of erosion control measures and tree protection; saw cutting of asphalt and concrete; removal and disposal of existing bituminous concrete and concrete dumpster areas; disposal of excavated material; preparing the parking lot and dumpster pad subgrade; asphalt, concrete and subgrade material testing; HMA paving; concrete dumpster pad installation; storm water drain line jetting, cleaning and camera inspection; storm water catch basin and manhole cleaning; installation of signage; pavement markings; protection of work; loam and seed areas; and associated site work as specified within the contract documents. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
