Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Auburn, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of August 9, 2025, this project has been awarded. Construction on this project is expected to begin in late September and conclude by the end of the year.** All bids shall be filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for bid opening. The major items of work include construction of approximately 900 feet of concrete and asphalt sidewalks including associated curbs, gutters, driveways, one RRFB, and storm drainage modifications The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 40 working days. The project is funded with a Washington State Department of Transportation grant and City of Auburn monies. The CCA supports Washington's climate action efforts by putting cap-and-invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or proposal bond (surety bond) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such Contract and furnish satisfactory Contract Bond within the time stated in the Bid Documents, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Auburn. Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond. The following is applicable to this project: The City of Auburn, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond. The City of Auburn does not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age or handicap in consideration for a project award. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities or irregularities and to accept any bid if such action is believed to be for the best interest of the City of Auburn. The proposed bid range for the project is from $750,000 to $900,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
