Construction on this project is expected to begin in late September and conclude by the end of the year.** All bids shall be filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for bid opening. The major items of work include construction of approximately 900 feet of concrete and asphalt sidewalks including associated curbs, gutters, driveways, one RRFB, and storm drainage modifications The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 40 working days. The project is funded with a Washington State Department of Transportation grant and City of Auburn monies. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such Contract and furnish satisfactory Contract Bond within the time stated in the Bid Documents, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Auburn.
