Western Intake Partnership Intake and Raw Water Facilities The City of Durham, North Carolina Department of Water Management, in its role as the Lead Agency for the Western Intake Partnership, is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified progressive design-build (DB) teams for the Western Intake Partnership (WIP) Intake and Raw Water Facilities on the western side of Jordan Lake. The City's Western Intake Partnership (WIP) Program Man The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Note - Last Date for Questions August 14 as per Addendum 1.
