Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Plainview, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a 74,460-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 24,280-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The proposed project may consist of improvements to the Plainview elementary and high school facilities in Plainview, Nebraska, including a possible mix of partial building demolition, renovations, and new multi-story construction. Additional work outside of the elementary and high school improvements may include additional sidewalks and paved parking lots as well as improvements to the existing track and field, Ag building, and bus barn buildings. A conceptual space program is shown on Attachment 1 below for reference purposes only.
