Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Victor, Idaho. Design plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of January 20, 2026, an engineer has been selected for the project. A request for qualifications (RFQ) for CMAR/GM services is expected to released in spring of 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The selected firm will be responsible for comprehensive services across the project lifecycle, including Preliminary Engineering, Design Engineering, and Construction Engineering. This includes, but is not limited to, wastewater characterization, process selection, detailed design and layout, environmental control systems, sustainability considerations, automation and control systems (SCADA), and ensuring full compliance with Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (IDEQ) regulations (e.g., IPDES and Reuse Permits). The Selected Engineer will also actively collaborate with the City and the selected CMAR firm throughout all phases of the project. All inquiries regarding this RFQ must be directed to the Citys Designated Point of Contact from the date of release until the final contract award94-654540) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
