This project provides for the improvement of 68th Ave S & S 124th St from 6418 S 124th St to Renton Ave S in King County by pavement preservation and sidewalk ramp improvements, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plans. Engineer’s Estimate: $1,396,392.00. Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. Bids received after Bid Close Date/Time will not be considered. Bidders accept all risks of late delivery, regardless of fault. King County is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Invitation to Bid. King County reserves the right to reject any bid, any portion of any bid and/or to reject all bids. King County further reserves the right, but without obligation, to waive informalities and irregularities.
