Energy Efficient Windows Improvement Project he SPOKANE TRIBE OF INDIANS (Spokane Tribe, STOI, Tribe) is requesting proposals from reasonable, responsive, responsible, persons with the ability to provide Energy Efficient Windows for the Spokane Tribal Administration Building. There are no expressed or implied obligations for the SPOKANE TRIBE OF INDIANS to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request. Your proposal and proposal amount shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the closing date. Scope of Work The project is to make the existing windows at the Tribal Administrative Building more energy efficient. The project may include all or some of the following components depending on the onsite assessment: Remove and dispose of trim and vinyl windows as needed Furnish & install (393) Ply-Gem vinyl replacement windows with double strength insulating glass. Furnish & install Smart Trim on all windows same as currently done Furnish & install Window Tape as needed Furnish & install caulking on fin as needed Insulate & completely seal entire frame perimeter. HP Glass Package (Double Pane) U-Factor: .29 or below. High performance Low E. One chamber of Argon gas to protect from extreme temperatures. The potential contractor will need a skilled and experienced team that will evaluate the current state of the windows at the building. The building's blue prints will be provided to the potential contractor. An onsite visit will be arranged and we encourage potential contractors for a site visit. The potential contractor can submit a project proposal in the form of a bid.
