The Spokane Tribal Fish Hatchery requires replacement of an existing variable frequency drive (VFD) that controls a 50 hp fish production well pump with a new one. The work includes removal of the existing drive and installation of the new drive according to all technical specifications and requirements as stated in Attachment B – Hatchery Upgrades Design Project – Well #4 VFD Replacement Volume 1. A minimum 1-year workmanship warranty is required, and the contractor is responsible for meeting all manufacturer’s specific warranty requirements. Bidders are required to: 1. Make a pre-proposal site visit with the Spokane Tribal Hatchery Manager to examine the current infrastructure and obtain the necessary information to develop a complete cost proposal that fulfills all technical requirements. 2. Provide a total cost proposal with breakdowns for all services and products to accomplish the full scope of work as specified. 3. Submit a proposed project timeline. 4. Provide proof of insurance and bonding (if applicable). 5. Include a signed copy of the RFP with the certifications required (debarment/suspension and certification of cost accuracy). Project completion is desired by July 31, 2026.
