The SPOKANE TRIBE OF INDIANS (Spokane Tribe, STOI, and Tribe) is requesting "Sealed" Firmfixed priced bids from reasonable, responsive, responsible, vendors for Replacing the 3 Irrigation Vertical Turbine pumps, electrical, control panel, meters, and tank level controls that supply water for the Little Falls Flats Irrigation Project located at Little Falls Dam. All contract provisions in Appendix II to 200 within, 2 CFR chapter 1 & 2, part 200 rules and regulations are incorporated by reference. All "General Conditions will be made part of the final contract between the Spokane Tribe of Indians and the final awarded vendor. Vendors are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire request for bid. The Spokane Tribe of Indians is a federally recognized Indian Tribe and is eligible for GSA and/or government pricing. There are no expressed or implied obligations for the SPOKANE TRIBE OF INDIANS to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing bids in response to this request. The Contractor: Shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace the existing irrigation system and 3 irrigation pumps at the Little Falls Flats Irrigation Station. B. The Work shall include but shall not be limited to the following: 1. Remove the existing irrigation 60HP (2) & 100HP Turbine pumps and flow meters (Exhibit A). 2. Replace with 3 new Turbine pumps that meet or exceed the 5 CFS requirements of the original pumps. 3. Update, replace and install all the electrical, control panel, flow meters, tank level controls. 4. The work to replace the irrigation pumps shall be all inclusive to provide a fully functional irrigation pump station at the completion of the work that meets or exceeds its original capacity. 5. After completion of all equipment, components, and material installations, perform a full system functional test and demonstrate to the Spokane Tribe DNR staff the full operation/functionality of the irrigation pump station.
