STOI seeks to enter a Design and Construction Management services contract with a qualified Consultant to support the Spokane Tribal Hatchery Reserves Distribution Clause Maintenance project. Effective communication, coordination, and team participation will be critical within the team, inclusive of the owner and relevant agencies. The project includes the following tasks for Design: • Abandon the existing below grade fuel tank by either neutralizing it or filling with flowable fill per code requirements. Design a new above ground diesel storage tank for 1800 gallons of storage. Include monitoring of abandoned tank as required. • Replace the existing Settling basin Liner with a new RPE liner including site grading, base material placement, and connections to existing control structures. • Well No. 4 Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Replacement. • Access road asphalt chip sealing from Martha Boardman Road to the resident driveway (where the road turns to gravel) and follow the loop around the hatchery buildings. A 1/4'” chip seal is preferred with associated crack repair/sealing and localized pavement repair. The project includes the follow tasks for Construction Management Services: • Bidding Assistance for each RDC Project. • On-site Support during construction (as needed). • Management of 3rd party testing and special Inspections (as needed).
