Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wellpinit, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: Construction of paved access road, parking lot, water, sewer, and power utility connections, storm drainage, retaining wall, concrete pit-set foundation and and other work specified in the plans and technical specs. Modular building will be delivered and placed by others.
