Remodeling work to include exterior parking lot rework, deli food court remodel, adding two restrooms, adding customer service counter, add new entry door doors and coiling doors, and refinishing existing grinding smooth concrete floor over the entire store area. Work to include mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. This is an existing, single building with remodeling of areas around the interior of the building. There will be remodeling of the front deli area, sales point, restrooms, new walk-in cooler and freezer, and back into storage wall revision.
