See Summary of the Work for Scope. This Project Consists of Making Exterior, Walking Path, Benches, Walkway Lights, Fitness Area & Equipment, and Pip Rubber Fitness Surface. Soil Erosion and Sediment Control as Required for This Scope of Work. Use of Contract Documents: Contract Documents Are Available Solely for the Purpose of Obtaining Bids and Not to Confer a License or Grant for Any Other Purpose. Bid Guarantee: Proposals Must Be Made on the Standard Proposal Forms in the Manner Designated in the Bid Documents, Must Be Enclosed in Sealed Envelope Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder, and the Name of the Work on the Outside Addressed to the Clerk, Township of Fairfield; and Must Be Accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety From a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of New Jersey and Acceptable to the Township of Fairfield and Either a Bid Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check Drawn to the Order of the Township of Fairfield for Not Less Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount Bid, Except That the Check Need Not to Exceed $20,000.
