Site work for a water / sewer project in Ringgold, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the following major elements: construction of approximately 5,000 linear feet of 10-inch and 8-inch gravity flow sewer, manholes, pavement repair, property restoration, and all associated appurtenances for a complete installation, including approximately 1,600 linear feet of sewer service laterals. A Bid Bond of 5% of the total project cost is to be included in the proposal package. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds with the executed Agreement meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents and executed on the forms attached to the Agreement. The terms and time for payment are set forth in the Agreement. Catoosa County, Georgia reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive formalities, technicalities or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary.
