Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Ridge Trail Boardwalk located on Maxent Levee at Bayou Sauvage National Wildlife Refuge requires rehabilitation after sustaining damage from Hurricane IDA in August 2021. This Scope of Work includes the removal and replacement of the existing deck boards, toe boards, and any deteriorated piles, beams, and hurricane tie straps, per included stamped signed design drawings and specifications. Ridge Trail Boardwalk Rehabilitation: 1. The existing deck boards and toe boards, along with any deteriorated piles, beams and hurricane tie straps, shall be removed and replaced in a manner to minimize and/or eliminate damage to all other boardwalk components and hardware. 2. Install new boardwalk components per provided Drawings and Specifications (Appendix A and B). 3. Properly dispose of all replaced boardwalk materials. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 90 days after the notice to proceed (NTP).
