A bid response received by any firm not currently listed on GDOTs prequalification listing will not be considered for award for this solicitation. project no.STP00-0002-00(862) Question Deadline 07/18/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Questions about any aspect of this solicitation, or the project, shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Tameka Crowder, email TCrowder@dot.ga.gov . The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a PRE-QUALIFIED firm interested in providing Demolition and Removal of Improvements, Structures or Other Encumbrances in the Right of Way or Easement Areas. GDOT will select the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder based on analysis of bid prices received. The Performance and Payment Bond shall be provided to the Department in the amount of 100 percent (%) of the total bid price, utilizing the Department's form, GDOT Form-SP404, Performance and Payment Bonds, effectively securing the Contractor's obligations to perform the Services hereunder and to ensure that payments owed to subcontractors approved by the Department are made with respect to performance of portions of the services For violation of this provision, GDOT reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending Respondent.
