This/these communication/questions must be submitted to mark.meyer@foundrycommercial.com The New Center for Women and Families will be designed to offer housing for homeless women and children in need and provide counseling services for the residents. The new facility is located at the corner of Parramore Ave and Ossie Street in Orlando, Florida, 32801. The structure will be a six-story building of block and plank construction. The building will house a total of 96 units and 448 beds. The proposed project will provide three levels of temporary housing, two levels of long-term/bridge housing, and community services on the ground level for both residents and the local community THE PROPOSED PROJECT WILL PROVIDE 3 LEVELS OF TEMPORARY HOUSING, 2 LEVELS OF LONG TERM/BRIDGE HOUSING, AND THE GROUND LEVEL OFFERING COMMUNAL SERVICES FOR THE RESIDENTS AND COMMUNITY. THE BUILDING WILL FEATURE COMPONENTS TO ENSURE THE SAFETY AND WELL-BEING OF OCCUPANTS DURING HURRICANES AND OTHER EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.
