The City of Anaheim ("City"), Central Purchasing Office ("CPO"), is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to qualified respondents for LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR VARIOUS SITES Any Agreement between the City and the successful respondent would take effect following approval by the City Council and execution of the parties, as required. Pre-bid meeting info : Important Requirements: Mandatory Attendance: Only those who attend the entire pre-bid meeting and site visit will be eligible to submit a proposal. Preparation: Please review the complete solicitation package prior to attending. Check-In: Provide a business card to the City's Buyer upon arrival and complete sign-in sheet. Punctuality: No late arrivals will be admitted. No exceptions. Duration: Attendees are required to stay for the full duration of the meeting and site visit. Meeting Agenda: Initial Meeting: General project information and bidding requirements will be discussed at the Public Works Operations building. Site Visit: The meeting will continue with a site visit to the K-9 facility located at: 8155 E. Santa Ana Canyon Road, Anaheim, CA 92808 Attendees must provide their own transportation to the site. The site visit will include a walkthrough, an opportunity to ask questions, and will conclude the job walk. Note: Prospective proposers must attend both the meeting and site visit to be considered for award. The term of the agreement(s) will be for a one-year base period with up to four one-year optional renewals based on budget appropriations and City's initial award.
