Sanitary Sewer Pumping Stations Rehabilitation Rehabilitation or replacement of 11 pumping station located within the Town of Lyons, NY. The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of providing labor, equipment, and materials for the rehabilitation or replacement of (11) pumping stations located within the Town of Lyons, NY. The project includesthe replacement of (3)small pumping stations(Herman, Forgham St, and North Canal St Stations). The three stations will be replaced with three prepackaged grinder pumping stations. The project also includes the rehabilitation of (4) existing duplex submersible pumping stations (Layton St, Water St East, Water St West, & Leach Rd Stations). The project also includes the replacement of (1) existing duplex self-priming pumping station (Dunn Rd Station) with a duplex submersible pumping station to be installed adjacent to existing station. The project also includes the rehabilitation of (1) existing duplex self-priming pumping station (Geneva St Station). This rehabilitation includes converting the pump station to a duplex submersible pumping station. The project also includes the rehabilitation of (2) existing duplex self-priming pumping stations at Cole Rd & Route 31. The project also includes miscellaneous site improvements including removal of shrubbery, turf restoration, restoration of stone driveways, & asphalt paving. The Water Street West, Geneva Street, & Route 31 pumping stations include an add-alternate bid for procuring and installing a permanently mounted diesel Generator. The Layton St, Water St East, Water St West, Leach Rd, Dunn Rd, and Geneva St pumping stations include an add-alternate bid for supplying a one spare pump for each station. At the Layton St, Water St East, Water St West, Leach Rd, Geneva St, Route 31, and Cole Rd Stations scope of work includes bypassing sewer flows for the duration of the rehabilitations. New York State certified MWBE participation goals for this contract are 20% The Town of Lyons, Wayne County, NY, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive amy informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder.
