Replacement of sidewalk on Broad Street, William Street and Queen Street in the Town of Lyons. The project improvements include replacing approximately 3,150 LF of 5 foot wide concrete sidewalk on Broad Street, William Street, and Queen Street in the Town of Lyons, Wayne County, NY. Work includes minor concrete curb replacement, and associated driveway and lawn restoration. Sealed Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract #1: General In accordance with Section 101.5. of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, Bidders shall submit with its bid a separate sealed list that names each subcontractor that the bidder will use to perform work on the contract, and the agreed-upon amount to be paid to each, for: (a) plumbing and gas fitting, (b) steam heating, hot water heating, ventilating and air conditioning apparatus and (c) electric wiring and standard illuminating fixtures.
