2025 Sanitary Sewer Manhole Repairs The Project includes the following Work: The project improvements include rehabilitating the top section (corbel) of existing sanitary manholes on Town of Lyons streets scheduled for rehabilitation in 2025. The project includes rehabilitating three manholes on Bear Street, five manholes on Rice Street, three manholes on Broad Street, and eight manholes on Franklin Street (19 total manholes). The manhole rehabilitation work will generally be limited to corbel repairs, replacing the frame and cover, and sawcutting and constructing a finished concrete collar encompassing the new cover and flush with the newly paved street. The manhole frames and covers will be supplied by the Town of Lyons. Question Deadline 07/17/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
