Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Oregon City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing traffic structure and install utilities to prepare site for the installation of one prefabricated structure. Contractor will secure a prefabricated structure manufacturer to provide the prefabricated structure designed as described in the drawings and specifications. Contractor will coordinate with the prefabricated structure manufacturer and Metro to confirm the final locations and capacities of utilities. Contractor will perform site installation of utilities in coordination with prefabricated structure manufacturer. A. The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Removal and relocation of existing structure shown on site plan demo. 2. Site development as indicated in the Contract Documents for the installation of a Traffic Warming Structure. 3. Procurement and placement of a Traffic Warming Structure. 4. Obtain all permits required for construction. Planning authorization has already been obtained by Metro. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
