Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marquette, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Currently the residents along Albion Street are serviced by water mains that are located on the cross streets. Misc. valves and hydrants found in poor condition at the intersections will be replaced. The sanitary sewer that starts midway between Mountain Street and Mesnard Street would be a good candidate for a future slip lining project. This main will have any spot repairs done under this project. All sanitary sewer manholes found in poor condition will be replaced at the intersections and along the main previously mentioned. The existing storm sewer is reinforced concrete pipe placed in 1967 and would also be a good candidate for a future slip lining project. This main line piping will have spot repairs done at this time. All structures found to be in poor condition will be replaced. Additional storm structures will be placed to adequately control the storm water runoff. The street is currently rated a 2/3 under our Paser rating system. The curbing is in good condition and will only be replaced if found in poor condition. Currently these is not sidewalk on the east side. New sidewalk will be placed here to provide connectivity to Mesnard street and Jackson Street.
