The project consists of HVAC replacement of six Rooftop Air Handling Units, Painting, a ductless unit with a condensing unit, exhaust fans, electrical, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. HVAC Replacement at Flemington Elementary School The Board of Education of the County of Taylor, Grafton, Wv Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After the Scheduled Closing Time for the Receipt of Bids for at Least Thirty (30) Days. A Satisfactory Bid Bond Furnished by a Solvent Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of West Virginia, in an Amount Equal to Five (5%) of the Total Amount of Bid, Payable to the Taylor County Board of Education, Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. Each Bidder's Contractor License Number Shall Be Written in the Space Provided on the Form of Proposal. Taylor County Board of Education Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. Must Be Registered With the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue and the West Virginia Secretary of State's Office Prior to the Time and Date for Receipt of Bids in Order for His Bid to Be Considered.
