The Taylor County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest and Statement of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional Architectural/Engineering services for the following: HVAC Replacement at Grafton High School (SBA NEEDS FY2026 project), any emergency projects due to water, fire, and weather, architectural and engineering services for building and ground renovation, additions, and upgrades as funds become available for non-SBA-funded work (with a commitment up to three years for county-funded projects), and any other SBA-funded project not listed to be advertised upon funding. Interested firms should contact Jonathon Dolan to request the requirements package, which provides detailed instructions for the content and format of the SOQ submission. Statements of Qualifications must be received via mail by the designated deadline. The county will evaluate and conduct discussions with at least three of the most highly qualified firms. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all statements and to make the award as deemed in its best interest.
