As of August 26, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on today. Each bid shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to the North Fayette County Municipal Authority in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid. Attention is called to the fact that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. This is a Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rate Project All Bidders shall comply with the federal requirements for Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (P. L. 88-352); the state requirements for the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act (No. 178-3); and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, as amended. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. All bids shall remain irrevocable for Sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening. Question Deadline 08/08/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents project no - R24-163-01
