Reference Number 0000393184 Emmet County is soliciting proposals from prospective vendors to provide the County with the design, installation, service, training and maintenance of a Motorola Avigilon Unity Surveillance System (or equivalent) and upgrade the existing Wonderware InduSoft v8.0 control software to AVEVA Edge for a solution that integrates the control of various security and facility systems, including intercoms, lights, televisions, door locks and cameras for the Emmet County Correctional Facility to enhance safety, security and operational effectiveness. SCOPE OF WORK The purpose of this request for proposal is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to supply Emmet County with a Motorola Avigilon Unity Video Surveillance System (or equivalent). The Motorola Avigilon Unity Video Surveillance System will replace the existing Video Surveillance System, add new cameras where warranted and replace storage hardware. Upgrade PLC Software controls to AVEVA Edge. Due to the sensitive nature of the correctional facility, all bidding vendors shall provide necessary certification. CJIS level 3B certifications shall be provided to Emmet County prior to entering the facility or submitting written questions. Once this certification has been verified, a diagram of the facility will be shared with the vendor.
