Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Highland, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 15, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Description of work: The work consists of preparing the base for 78,100 SF of 4" asphalt pavement, 2,380 SF of 2" milling, 1,050 LF of concrete barrier curbing, 1,500 TONS CA6 compacted base, and 191 parking stalls of 4" painted lines at Glik Park in Highland. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1- 12).
