**As of August 25th, 2025, the project was awarded to Brazos Valley, with an awarded amount of $361,574.60.** Demolition of an existing lift station, construction of a new 200 GPM lift station and associated appurtenances, and 3,500 LF of gravity sewer including manholes. size varies 6-15 The deadline to ask questions is 7/30/2025 12:00 PM CST Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the City/County or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Each interpretation made will be in the form of an Addendum to the contract documents and will be distributed to all parties holding contract documents no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. It is, however, the bidder's responsibility to make inquiry as to any addenda issued. All such addenda shall become part of the contract documents and all bidders shall be bound by such addenda, whether or not received by the bidders. We have $868,000 in grant funds to spend on this project. We will award the base bid and alternates until we have spent all the grant funds.
