The City of Coral Springs is hereby requesting Bids to secure a source of supply of Anionic copolymer of Acrylamide (Polyacrylamide) for use in the treatment of potable drinking water. A contract shall be entered into for (2) years beginning on a date to be determined, from a qualified reputable vendor hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" to furnish and deliver Polyacrylamide to the city's water treatment plant. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional (2) year periods, not to exceed a cumulative total of six (6) years. Price quoted shall be firm for the contract, except for any adjustments in accordance with paragraph (A.), costs adjustments. Estimated expenditure beyond the current fiscal year are contingent upon availability of funds budgeted for this purpose in the fiscal years. The initial contract shall commence upon final execution of the Contract by the CITY and shall expire two years (2) from the date Any questions you may have regarding this project can be sent via email to rhinsz@coralsprings.gov. The last day to submit questions will be Thursday, July 31, 2025, by 2:00 p.m. The CITY reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to re-advertise the solicitation or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the CITY.
