The scope of work includes an interior buildout for a museum of 8,129 G.S.F. on the floor of an existing mid-rise mixed-use multifamily building of Type 1B construction. The buildout will consist of a main exhibit, multipurpose space, gift shop, coffee shop, staging area, conference room, and offices. Interior work includes the alteration of existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems only insofar as needed to address the requirements of the museum. Exterior work is limited to the addition of a double door and the installation of condensing units on the roof.
