Cleveland Utilities Separate sealed Bids for furnishing of materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appliances necessary for the CFP Handrail Replacement Project. Cleveland Utilities will maintain a plan holders list so that any addendums can be distributed in a timely manner. No bid may be withdrawn within 30 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. Low bidder will be expected to order materials and begin construction as soon as possible. All questions should be directed to McKenzie Curtis. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act.
