Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Contractor is fully responsible for ensuring sealed bid is delivered to Cleveland Utilities Authority by the closing date and time. Any bid mailed shall be sent to Cleveland Utilities Water and Wastewater Division, ATTN: Greg Clark, P.E., P.O. Box 2730, Cleveland, TN 37320-2730. Any bid sent by Fedex or similar company shall be sent to Cleveland Utilities, Attention: Greg Clark, PE, 2435 Guthrie Avenue, N.W., Cleveland, TN, 37311. The project includes replacing 32 windows at the Cleveland Filter Plant, located at, 481 Dry Valley Rd NW, in Cleveland, TN. Contractor is fully responsible for making sure sealed bid is delivered to Cleveland Utilities by the closing date and time. Cleveland Utilities will maintain a plan holders list so that any addendums can be distributed in a timely manner No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All questions should be directed to Greg Clark. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with all requirement of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act.
