Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Working plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
**As of October 2, 2025, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Project scope will consist of erecting three(3) metal buildings (two supplied by Contractor and one supplied by the City). This will include the complete buildout of one(1) of the buildings and installation of three(3) 24x24-ft garage doors. The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland. Bids will be received at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.
