Subsequently, a Request for Proposal was issued to the three prequalified firms and closed on March 4, 2026. A preferred proponent has yet to be chosen. The project potentially may be tender for a general contractor in Quarter Three of 2026. Further update in early summer, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
