The Project and Work for the Project consists of the replacement of certain water chilling and water distribution system components and associated work at the Tri-Valley High School and Tri-Valley Middle School, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Design Professional. Middle School: 1360 Main Street, Dresden, OH 43821 High School: 46 East Muskingum Ave, Dresden, OH 43821 Sealed bids will be received by the Tri-Valley Local School District Board of Education as provided in this notice for the Chiller Replacement Project. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Tri-Valley Local School District Board of Education, ATTN Craig Strohacker, Director of Operations, 36 East Muskingum Avenue, Dresden, Ohio 43821, and plainly marked on the outside "[CONTRACTOR NAME] " TRI-VALLEY LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT " CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID." All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility
