Renovation of a water / sewer project in Springboro, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The proposed work contains, but is not limited to, the following major items: Generator replacement including automatic transfer switch and associated electrical work. The project shall be completed by March 1, 2026. The City of Springboro, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All Bidders are requested to point out any discrepancies and ask for any clarifications at that time. Other questions will be accepted until noon on August 28, 2025, by email to chad.dixon@cityofspringboro.com and if required, the City shall issue a written Addendum by September 3, 2025, which shall become part of the Construction Documents.
