As of January 27, 2026, a construction manager has been identified. A firm timeline for start of construction has not been determined. Construction is projected to be completed by summer 2028. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project scope includes the project scope includes a Junior High School restrooms, locker rooms, and furniture, science wing addition, and cafe upgrades at the Junior High School. Transportation Building. Maintenance building. A new athletic complex, including a 1000-seat grandstand, press box, synthetic turf, stadium lighting, bathrooms & concessions, and associated site work. District-wide safety and security, student furniture, technology, traffic and parking improvements, and STEM-based improvements. Five Points and Dennis lockers, science, music, and playground upgrades. District support space at Springboro Intermediate. Interested firms can obtain additional instructions and award criteria, and can submit statements of qualification electronically to Matt Tudor, Deputy Superintendent at mtudor@springboro.org. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
