Site work and paving for a road / highway in Springboro, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Sealed bids are invited for the "Austin Place West Tech Road Extension Phase 3" project. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following major items: excavation (58,600 C.Y.), subgrade compaction (2,765 S.Y.), ODOT Item 448 asphalt concrete surface course, Type 1, PG 64-22 (3,204 S.Y.), ODOT Type 2 concrete curb and gutter (1,088 L.F.), and 8" DIP CL 52 water main/V-Bio polywrap with tracer wire (355 L.F.). All labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project must be provided. Bid documents are available for purchase at the Office of the City Engineer for $50.00 per set, non-refundable. The City of Springboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Engineer's estimate of cost is $760,000.
