Estimated Cost of the Project is $180,000.00 The construction, Furnishing of All Materials, Labor, and Equipment under a Lump Sum Contract for the Following: Scioto Township Graham Rd. Edge Project Located in Scioto Township, Pickaway County, Ohio in Accordance With the Bid Documents. The Scope of the Project Will Begin at The intersection of Hudson Rd. Running North for 3220 Feet. The project Shall Repair Area to Start 1 Foot Outside the Existing Edge line of the Road and Milled 3 to 4 Feet Wide on Each Side, 6inches Deep and to Be Filled With 6 Inches of 301 Base Asphalt compacted in Two (2) 3 Inch Lifts and the Top Coat to Be 1.5inches of Type 1 Asphalt Over the Entire Road on the 3220 Feet. Each Bidder is Required to Furnish With Its Proposal, a Bid guaranty in Accordance With Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Bidder May Supply for the Bid Guaranty For one Hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Amount of the Bid; Or the Bidder May Supply a Certified Check, a Cashier's Check, or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit for Ten Percent (10%) Ofthe Total Amount of the Bid. Bid Security Furnished in Bond form, Shall Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Said Surety. All Bid security Shall Be Made Payable to Scioto Township, Pickaway county, Ohio. Scioto Township Will Require All Work to Be Completed on This Project by December 1st, 2025.
