TOWN OF CHARLESTOWN INVITATION TO BID NINIGRET PARK TENNIS COURT RESURFACING AND PICKLEBALL COURT CONSTRUCTION The Town of Charlestown is presently accepting bids for the complete contractual application of the repair and resurfacing of the four all-weather tennis courts in Ninigret Park which run parallel to the parking lot entrance road and the conversion of the two northernmost of said tennis courts picklebaII courts and addition of gates on the 2 openings of the existing pickleball courts completed in 2022. All the above work, known as the "BID", is to be performed according to the specifications. The work to be performed under their contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and all incidentals, related work, and overhead items, and performing all work required for the BID, in strict accordance with the specifications, including the Request for Bids and the BID which are hereby made a part of the specifications. The Town of Charlestown reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive defects in the same, or to accept any BID deemed to be in the interest of the Town of Charlestown.
